No artistic experience is needed — every session blends evidence-based techniques with creative exercises designed to release emotion, foster insight, and promote personal growth. You’ll learn to use visual art as a tool for reflection, emotional release, and building coping strategies, while connecting with others on a similar journey. By the end, you’ll leave with a personalized toolkit for mental wellness, deeper self-understanding, and the spark to reclaim your light. *This is a 5-week session, one meeting per week for 2 hours.
