This program blends art therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducational support to help you understand seasonal affective disorder (SAD), express your emotions, and build resilience during the darker months. Through guided creative exercises, group discussion, and reflective practices, you’ll learn to reduce stress, reclaim joy, and navigate low moods with practical coping tools. No artistic experience is needed — just bring yourself and a willingness to explore. Leave with tools, energy, and proof that even in the darkest season, you can ignite your own light. *This is a six-week session, one meeting per week for 2 hours.
